It wasn't that Octavia - huddled behind the truck, now - wasn't perfectly aware that nothing here was likely to have any power to hurt him. It was reflex, to still feel like he should get the hell out of the way of a tornado.
Not to mention any extra cover he might have been able to provide. But that thought was so secondary it barely registered.
